Tech Warehouse (referred to as "warehouse/we/our/us") is the owner and operator of this website. As a user of this website, you understand that the terms and conditions listed below apply to all uses of this website, including any transactions you conduct ("use/using") (which includes any other important hyper-linked sections).

Before using this website, kindly take the time to read these terms and conditions carefully. You should also print a copy for your records.

Please read our section on privacy notices for more details. Regarding your personal information, please read our Privacy Notice section as well.

1. General

1.1 These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, with or without notice. It is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions each time you use this website and your continued use of the website shall indicate your acceptance to be bound by the most recent terms and conditions. Any such changes will be effective when posted on the website (see date at the top).

1.2 If you use our website on behalf of a business and are not a consumer, you certify that you are authorised to bind that entity.

1.3 Some website services require registration, and to access them afterwards, you must have a valid login name and password ("Password Details"). You are required to give correct and comprehensive information on this page. All Password Details are accepted and subject to withdrawal at our sole discretion. They are only valid for you, are non-transferable, and must always be kept in the strictest of confidence. You must notify us right away if you have any worries about the details of your password or discover any misuse (use the Contact US form or see About Us for more information and full contact details).

2. Order Process

2.1 To place an order, you first need to select the products and quantities of the products you wish to order, then take them to cart and eventually checkout. According to these terms and conditions, all orders you place on this website are subject to acceptance.

2.2 The final specifics of your order are spelt out in the "confirmation" step. After that, we will send you an email with a list of the things you ordered as well as an order acknowledgement. Please be aware that Warehouse is not confirming or accepting your order through this email.

2.3 Unless we have informed you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it, we will consider your order to be accepted and the contract between you and us to be complete once the products have been shipped to you (please refer to Delivery & Returns).

3. Delivery

3.1 This website is only for customers in the UK addresses who want to order products. Restrictions may apply depending on the delivery method (Royal Mail, DPD, or UK Mail). To learn more, please check Delivery & Returns. An adult 18 years of age or older must sign for all deliveries of products.

3.2 When you place an order as well as in the Delivery & Returns area, you will find information on delivery costs and anticipated times. While we make every attempt to deliver goods on time, there are periodically unforeseen circumstances that make delays unavoidable. Warehouse is not responsible for any delays or failures in delivering the products by the scheduled dates.

3.3 When the products are delivered or when we make our first delivery effort, the risk of loss and damage passes to you.

3.4 Items returned as not required or not needed will incur a 25% restocking fee for Business to Business orders.

1. Payment

4.1 When paying with a credit or debit card, we withdraw money from your card after verifying its information and stock availability. If using Paypal, your payment will be directly forwarded to our Paypal account. Usually, it takes 7 working days to clear these. Prior to the payment clearing, your products will not be shipped. If this happens, you'll be notified. Products are conditional upon availability. If we cannot deliver the products, we will let you know as soon as feasible. You will receive a full refund if you previously paid for the products.

4.2 With the following exception, the price you pay is the one shown on our page when we receive your order:
A. Although we make every effort to guarantee that the prices on our website are accurate, mistakes can happen. You will be given a choice to either reaffirm your order at the correct price or cancel it if we uncover a pricing error for the goods you have ordered as soon as feasible.

We shall regard the order as cancelled if we are unable to get in touch with you. You will get a complete refund if you decide to cancel and have already paid for the goods.

4.3 Any method listed during checkout may be used to make a purchase. Security has advice about safe online ordering.

4.4 If we have processed and received full payment for any products you order from our website, the title to such products will transfer to you upon delivery.

4.5 Unless otherwise specified, all prices are given in British pounds (£), do not include VAT (where applicable), and do not include delivery fees.

4.6 The way that prices are displayed within PayPal is not our responsibility. Prices may or may not include VAT at the appropriate current rate. The number on our Order Confirmation screen will match the total you will be charged. The accurate VAT breakdown for your purchase will be shown on your invoice.

5. Returns, Cancellations and Substitutions

5.1 In the event that the manufacturer's requirements for the product change, we will try our best to provide you with a replacement that is of equal or higher quality and priced similarly. If the replacement does not meet your expectations, you may return it in accordance with our 7-day money-back guarantee. You may cancel your order as permitted by the Distance Selling Regulations when appropriate (see the Delivery & Returns page for further details)

5.2 While we do our best to make sure that all sizes and dimensions are as accurate as possible, they are all approximate.

5.3 In any case, the cost of the return will be your responsibility.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 You understand and agree that we or our licensors shall always retain ownership of all copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in all materials and/or content made accessible as part of your use of this website. You may only use this content in ways that have been specifically approved by us or our licensors.

6.2 You understand and agree that the information on this website is provided just for your personal, non-commercial use and that you may only download information from this website in order to use it. You further acknowledge that any other use of the information on this website is strictly prohibited, and you agree not to copy, reproduce, transmit, publish, display, distribute, use commercially, or create any derivative works of such information (and to not aid or enable any third party to do so).

7. Liability and Indemnity

7.1 Nothing in these terms and conditions limits or excludes liability for wrongful death or personal damage brought on by negligence, deceptive representation, or any other liability that cannot be restricted or excluded under applicable law.

7.2 Any indemnities, warranties, terms, and conditions (whether express or implied) are hereby excluded to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, subject to Section 7.1 above, other than as expressly provided in these terms and conditions with respect to specific products and except for the exclusive remedies set forth at Section 5 above.

7.3 Except as stated in Section 7.1 above, Warehouse will not be liable in contract, tort (including, without limitation, negligence), pre-contractual or other representations (other than fraudulent or negligent misrepresentations), or other legal proceedings arising out of or related to the terms and conditions for any of the following: economic losses (including, without limitation, loss of revenues, data, profits, contracts, business, or anticipated savings); loss of goodwill or reputation; special or indirect losses; or any other damages of any kind.

7.4 Despite the above, and subject to Section 7.1, Warehouse's total liability for loss or damage, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall in no case exceed the price you paid or are responsible for paying for the product(s) in question for a single incident or series of incidents involving the same clause.

7.5 Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected by clause 7, as are your rights to cancel a contract.

7.6 Although we will take all reasonable measures to protect the details of your order and payment, we cannot be held responsible for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you, absent gross negligence.

  1. Miscellaneous Provisions

8.1 The laws of England shall govern our agreement, and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes between us. The only language available for the contract's conclusion is English.

8.2 If you intend to use our items for business reasons, please make sure that you have the necessary insurance coverage. We chose our products with the assumption that they would only be used for business purposes. The warranties and conditions relating to fitness for a particular purpose are excluded (to the fullest extent permissible by law) if you choose to use the products for household purposes. Regarding household users, we do not accept responsibility for the suitability of goods for other usages, nor do we accept responsibility for loss of use or any other damages beyond the cost of the item in the event of a claim for breach of warranty or condition.

8.3 If a delay or failure to deliver products—or to carry out any other obligation outlined in these terms and conditions—is entirely or partially caused, either directly or indirectly, by events beyond Warehouse's reasonable control, it shall not subject Warehouse to liability.

8.4 We may offer links to other websites or resources for you to access at your sole discretion in order to expand the value we offer to our consumers. As a result of your decision to use the linked website, you acknowledge and agree that we are not accountable for the accessibility of any such external websites or resources. We specifically disclaim any liability with regard to:

  1. Those websites' privacy policies,

  2. The information on such websites, namely any advertising, editorial content, merchandise, or other materials or services on or accessible through such websites or resources or

  3. The usage that others may have made of these websites or resources, nor for any injury, loss, or wrongdoing that may have resulted from using or relying on any advertising, content, goods, services, or other items that may have been made available on such external websites or resources.

8.5 Without Warehouse's prior written consent, you are not permitted to assign or subcontract any of your rights or responsibilities under these terms and conditions or any linked product order to any third person.

8.6 The benefit of any rights or duties under these terms and conditions or any linked contract may be transferred, assigned, novated, or subcontracted by Warehouse to any third party in whole or in part.

8.7 The legality or enforceability of the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions will not be impacted if any portion of these terms and conditions is determined by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part.

8.8 According to the U.K. Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999, these terms and conditions do not create or confer any rights or advantages that may be enforced by a person who is not a party, with the exception of:

  1. The right to pursue any rights or benefits under these terms and conditions shall belong to Warehouse.

  2. The right to enforce and benefit from any limitation, exclusion, or limitation of liability in these terms and conditions shall belong to Warehouse.

  3. The right to enforce and benefit from any limitation, exclusion, or limitation of liability in these terms and conditions shall belong to Warehouse.

  4. No variation or revocation of these terms and conditions by the parties shall require the permission of the people referred to in Section 8.8. (whether or not in any way that varies or extinguishes rights or benefits in favour of such third parties).

8.9 No failure or delay on the part of Warehouse to exercise any powers, rights, or remedies provided for in these terms and conditions shall constitute a waiver of such powers, rights, or remedies, nor shall any single or partial exercise thereof prohibit any other or later exercise. Any waiver must be signed by an authorised representative of Warehouse and be in writing for it to be valid.

8.10 All prior representations, understandings, and agreements between you and Warehouse regarding the use of this website (including the ordering of products) are superseded by these terms and conditions, along with any documents or other sources referred to herein, and set forth the entire agreement and understanding between you and Warehouse for your use of this website.
